I am a bit of a Christmas traditionalist which is reflected in the menu but with modern touches.

Smoked salmon entree - a classic with a twist you will love! Perfectly cooked Turkey, herb and pistachio stuffing and an orange cranberry sauce.

Divine roast potatoes, vegetables and salad.

Individual plum puddings and brandy sauce.
